Letter written by Banu Ziya’ (wife of the late Mashhadi Riza), and her son, ‘Abd al-Rasul, objecting a court order addressing the rights of the underage children of the late Mashhadi Riza that have been overridden by Jalal, brother of the late Mashhadi Riza. Jalal has settled their house for a very low price, and he has also taken a lot of copperware and household furnishings and has never paid the share of his brother's underage children.

Statement about Haqvirdi’s inheritance, 1947
Ahmad sold inheritance shares of the late Haqvirdi (from Anzar)'s children, Nanah Khanum and her brother Allah Virdi, to Fath ‘Ali Khan for eight tumans with a detriment fee of one tuman. Then he transferred the money to Rahman (from Kaljabad) in regards to paying Haqvirdi’s debt. Allah Virdi was underage at the time of this sale.
